Production Worker Wanted in Halmstad

We are now looking for a new employee for our production facility in Halmstad. Are you a practical and curious person who enjoys working in a team and thrives with varied tasks? Then this could be the right role for you!

Responsibilities

As a production worker with us, you will work with varied tasks at our fragmentation facility where we crush large volumes of material every day. You will primarily work with receiving, sorting, and loading incoming materials to the facility. You will do this by feeding material into the fragmenter using material handlers and wheel loaders. You will also be a process operator for the crane and facility, which means you will monitor and control the processes at the facility.

In your role, you will also conduct continuous quality checks on the material as well as ongoing maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of the machines according to routines. You will work with a team of 20 employees to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently while safety is always prioritized.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00

Safety is our highest priority, so it is important that you also have a consistent mindset and are willing to ask for help in situations where it is needed.

To be the right candidate for the role, you need to have the following:

• At least 1 year of experience in practical and/or mechanical work
• Vehicle or workshop technical education equivalent to high school level
• Basic computer skills
• Very good communication and writing skills in Swedish
• Good communication skills in English
• Driver's license B

We consider it an advantage if you have:

• Wheel loader certification
• Forklift certification for counterbalance forklift
• Mobile crane certification
• Experience in safety work and handling various materials/waste
• Experience in industrial work, recycling industry, warehouse work, maintenance work, and/or agriculture
