We are now looking for an assistant who can start working on an hourly basis and during the summer. The position may lead to permanent employment.

Our customer is a young man in his 20s who lives in his own house with a friend. During the day, he spends time at his day center, where the assistant accompanies him to work.

The customer has a developmental disability and epilepsy, uses a wheelchair, and needs help with everything from communication, hygiene, food, and activities. He enjoys swimming, going for walks, listening to music, eating good food, and socializing with family and friends.

We are looking for someone with experience as a personal assistant, who speaks and writes Swedish fluently. We believe that you possess qualities such as being attentive, engaged, and responsible. The chemistry with the customer and colleagues is the most important aspect.

Our customer has his own car, so it is important that you, as an assistant, have a driver's license.

Working hours vary between days, evenings, weekends, and awake nights. The position is to be filled immediately with an introduction and a temporary employment contract. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
