Recently, we have expanded our operations to also sell and buy used mobile phones, which will be a significant part of our work moving forward!

At Fix My Phone, as an employee, you will meet our customers daily and be the face of the company. This requires high social competence, responsibility, and a drive for sales.

We are now looking for new employees for our store in Tanum. You will be the face of Fix My Phone, and through your advice and knowledge in sales & service, you will work with the customer to find the best option for them. This may involve repairing the device, upgrading their phone to a newer model, or providing the mobile with accessories. We work broadly and create business opportunities in every case. Every customer who visits us should be offered a service or product purchase that is suitable for them. With our background in repairs, we can always meet the customer's needs, whether it involves repair or purchasing a new mobile.

Simplified explanation of how we work:

Troubleshooting -> Diagnose -> Options for solving the customer's problem -> Present solution to the customer -> Deal -> Upselling.

All new employees undergo training where we teach you to repair different devices, handle the cash register, and provide regular training in sales techniques and customer service.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a real drive. You are responsible and care about having order and clarity in your life, for your sake and others.

Previous experience in sales and skills requiring dexterity are advantageous.

Salary: 20,000.00 SEK - 50,000.00 SEK per month

Other compensation in addition to fixed hourly wage.
