The Role of Nursing Assistant with Us

As a nursing assistant, you will meet people with different needs and work in their homes. This may involve support in daily life, personal hygiene, and medical interventions. No two days are alike, and the work is stimulating and never boring. Our geographical area extends from Älvsåker and Anneberg to Björkris. If you enjoy following the changes of nature throughout the year, there are great opportunities for that.

You will work according to a schedule that includes days, evenings, and every other weekend.

Your Profile

In addition to enjoying and being interested in people, you need to be meticulous, flexible, and able to handle stress. We prefer that you are a positive and calm person who is also solution-oriented, sees opportunities in changes, takes initiative, and comes up with suggestions for new approaches. Personal suitability will be given great importance.

We are looking for someone who:

is a trained nursing assistant
expresses themselves well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work
holds a B driver's license

It is an advantage if you have:

experience working with individuals with cognitive impairments and/or mental health issues

Our Offer and Additional Information

We offer a permanent full-time position with placement according to agreement.

The position is full-time or according to agreement. Within the Department of Health & Care, all employees in home care and care homes are employed at 100% employment rate, but employees have the option to reduce their desired employment rate based on the needs of the organization.
