We are now looking for two care assistants who, with their commitment and competence, want to contribute to a safe and dignified life for our residents.

Your Responsibilities

As a care assistant with us, you will have a central role in the daily work surrounding our residents. You will work with personal care, support in daily activities, and social stimulation.

Through your presence and engagement, you contribute to a safe and pleasant environment where residents can maintain their independence as much as possible. In collaboration with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, you will work to ensure high-quality care and promote health and well-being.

Documentation is a natural part of the work, and we strive for structured and quality-assured care.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant and has experience or a particular interest in working with people with dementia.

As a person, you are empathetic, attentive, and have the ability to create security and structure. You enjoy working in a team but can also work independently and take your own initiatives.

Meeting each individual based on their unique needs is something you see as a given, and you are driven by making a difference in people's lives.

You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and are accustomed to documenting according to current routines.
