Since 1981, the company has been working to provide Scandinavia with authentic Asian food products. As consumer interest in genuine products continues to grow, the company is developing and expanding its existing range of approximately 4000 products. The company and its warehouse are located in Helsingborg, where products are shipped daily to business customers throughout the Nordic region.

About the position

In this role, you will have the opportunity to translate the company's strategic goals and challenges into operational events and opportunities. You will be the hub between the company and its customers and suppliers. There are good prospects for career development and to become a key person in the organization. Main tasks as a Flow Planner:

  • Manage customer orders and execute purchases related to stock levels and lead times
  • Conduct needs and purchasing analyses based on parameters at the item level, for example based on sustainability and batches
  • Follow up on backorders and monitor deliveries
  • Contact with external customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain business systems

Requirements for the position:

Previous experience in a similar role, such as a buyer, flow planner, or coordinator

Good understanding of logistical flows and purchasing planning

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Meritorious for the position:

Good knowledge of Microsoft Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV)

Previous experience working in the product database Validoo, or similar

Knowledge of quality management systems in food (e.g., BRC, HACCP, FSSC 22000)
