We are now seeking a Security and Preparedness Coordinator who wants to help drive the HR and Communications Staff's work on security protection and preparedness forward. About the position

As a Security and Preparedness Coordinator with us in the HR and Communications Staff, you will work to ensure adequate security protection and lead preparedness efforts, as well as represent the agency in its security protection and preparedness forum. This means you will develop, manage, and ensure the quality of security protection work, including security protection planning and training. You will plan and conduct internal controls, report results and deviations, and ensure the implementation of established action plans. The role also includes supporting the execution of security protection analyses, security clearance interviews, and accreditation work (security approval of IT systems).

Furthermore, you will participate in the development of preparedness operations and establish, update, and implement the HR and Communications Staff's preparedness planning framework. You are also expected to act as an advisory and supportive function to the Staff's departments, respond to referrals, and plan and conduct preparedness exercises.

The position is based in Stockholm.

About you

We are looking for someone with relevant and current education and experience in security protection and/or preparedness, or equivalent competencies acquired in other ways that we assess as comparable. The position also requires experience in analytical work and good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is advantageous if you have training in crisis management or HR. This also applies if you are used to interpreting and applying regulations. We see it as a benefit if you have experience in conducting training or other larger meetings. Desirable but not required is relevant experience in public sector work.

The Management Support department in the HR and Communications Staff is responsible for cross-cutting issues such as business development, security, and preparedness matters, and operational coordination. The department also coordinates and consolidates the Staff's joint work regarding business planning, development portfolio, and ongoing operational follow-up. The department also manages the product ownership for the agency's system support for HR & communication.
