Customer Responsible for Energy Company

Your Role

As a customer responsible, you will work within our electricity trading operations and be part of a team with colleagues who drive our business forward. Here you will have the opportunity to influence how we can long-term develop Mälarenergi's partner business. Through relationship building and service-oriented work, you create long-term collaborations with our partners.

Your main tasks:

• Contacts with existing energy company partners
• Support partners' sales to end customers
• Participate in business and product development
• Training
• Experience exchanges
• Problem-solving at all levels
• Drive the work and collaborate with departments within Mälarenergi regarding the development of electricity trading offerings to partners.
• Follow up, analyze, and develop operations
• Proactive processing of new partners
• Ambassador for the entire Mälarenergi Group

We are looking for you

We are looking for someone with an academic background, preferably in marketing or economics. You have several years of relevant work experience where we see that you have been the responsible contact person for customers in some form. To thrive in this role, an interest in the energy industry is relevant.

As a person, you are driven and curious. You enjoy an outgoing role and are more than happy to take the initiative to contact new people. You are passionate about providing service and have no problem with selflessly doing what is needed to achieve the goals set.

A driver's license and good computer skills are a requirement.

We sell electricity to businesses and individuals both locally and across Sweden. We offer our customers fair electricity contracts from renewable energy sources. The Electricity Trading Department currently consists of 10 people who together have product and result responsibility for the electricity trading business. In this position, you will work closely with other colleagues within the department as well as with employees in other departments within the group.
