For the role of Technical Salesperson at CARL BECHEM SCANDINAVIA …

…we are looking for someone who is driven and results-oriented. You have a strong desire to move forward and keep the customer in focus. It is important to build long-term relationships and understand the importance of being attentive and accommodating. You are someone who enjoys working closely with both customers and colleagues, and who is not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed. You are a problem solver who always puts the customer at the center and sees opportunities where others see obstacles.

We will place great emphasis on your personal suitability, but to fit into the role you also need to have:

• Work experience from the industry (e.g., manufacturing industry, workshop industry, or similar)
• Swedish and English
• Driving license B

It is an advantage if you have:

• Previous sales experience

Job Responsibilities

The role of Technical Salesperson is dynamic, fun, and challenging. If you have a service mindset and enjoy solving problems, this is the right workplace for you. Your tasks will include customer meetings, sales meetings, prospecting, and planning. You will work from your home office and are expected to live in or near Västerås, Eskilstuna, Köping, or Arboga. As a newcomer to the role, you will receive thorough training to feel secure and confident in your work. You will also have close collaboration with a knowledgeable and engaged colleague as a mentor during your initial period.
