Construction Manager / Site Manager in Nyköping

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Construction Manager / Site Manager for an interesting opportunity in Nyköping. This is a chance for you who are seeking new challenges and want to be part of a developing company.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the construction project adheres to the schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

• Be responsible for on-site construction management, including supervision and quality control.

• Strictly follow regulatory compliance when working within the security control area of an airport.

• Manage risk assessments and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety legislation.

• Communicate and report project status to relevant parties.

• Coordinate and lead meetings with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in construction management or other relevant experience in the construction and civil engineering industry.

• Good communication skills in Swedish and English.

Preferred:

• B driver's license.

• Experience and good understanding of AB and ABT regulations.
