Digital Growth Coordinator at Bredband2 in Malmö

In the role of Digital Growth Coordinator, you will play a central role in optimizing the digital customer journey. You will drive and improve the website's features, analyze customer behaviors, and implement conversion-optimizing measures.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Optimizing how product information and features are presented in the ordering portal.
• Coordinating and leading improvements and conversion-optimizing measures on the website.
• Acting as a contact person between the marketing department and other stakeholders in the company.
• Project management of launches of improvements, campaigns, and products.
• Evaluating and suggesting improvements in the digital purchasing journey and reporting insights to management and the marketing team.

This is a full-time position based at Bredband2's office in Malmö. Working hours are Monday to Friday. StudentConsulting manages the recruitment process, but you will be employed directly by Bredband2.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in digital marketing, web analytics, or another relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within digital marketing, preferably with a focus on conversion optimization and website improvements.
• Experience in creating wireframes and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, as well as an understanding of how to design with the user in focus.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar analytics tools to analyze and understand user behaviors.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience in SEO, project management, and marketing is a plus.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as basic English.
