Roventum is engaged in the sale, service, and repair of laundry equipment, household appliances, and heat pumps. Our customers primarily consist of private property owners, housing associations, and municipal housing companies, but we also provide service to private individuals. Roventum's operations are based in Sundsvall but are also established in Gävle and Umeå. The company is part of the Fenix Holding AB group, which has nearly 450 employees.

About the Position

As a service technician, you will primarily work with the service and repair of household appliances, heat pumps, and laundry equipment.

You will be responsible for planning and coordinating service assignments, executing the technical performance of the assignments, and reporting deficiencies in materials or work. The job is independent and varied, and you largely control your day-to-day activities together with our customers and your colleagues.

Qualifications

You have general technical knowledge, and we prefer that you have some form of electrical training.

As a person, we want you to be driven, engaged, and have a positive attitude towards the task with a strong interest in technology. You are social and enjoy working in a service-oriented manner where the customer's needs are the focus. We place great importance on your personal qualities as we work as a team.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
