Selecta has coffee and vending machines placed at our clients' locations and is now looking for a Service Consultant (Joy Ambassador) to ensure daily operations. Your main tasks will be to visit companies and independently refill and service our machines. In this role, there is some opportunity to work from home, but you will belong to our office in Umeå. The position is a part-time employment at 50%.

Who are you

Are you looking for an opportunity to spread joy and provide service? We are looking for enthusiastic Joy Ambassadors from various backgrounds – perhaps you have experience in retail, customer service, healthcare, delivery, or as a parent and are looking for flexibility – regardless of your background, you are welcome to apply! To fit into the role, you need to: Have a methodical and self-driven work style. Enjoy practical tasks and have an interest in technology. Hold a valid driver's license (B) as the position may involve travel. Be able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English. Focus on the customer and provide pleasant service. Be meticulous and have an eye for high quality. Have good physical fitness and enjoy a work environment where you are active.
