About the Position

This is a long-term position and is a temp-to-hire recruitment via Montico, where the right person will be offered employment directly with the client company or at Montico after a period of hiring.

The work schedule is shift work with rotating shifts between morning and afternoon.

Job Description

In your role as a foundry worker, you will work at a foundry machine and follow the process that includes several different tasks. Your duties will consist of handling die-cast parts in the form of metal breaking, stamping, blasting, measuring according to control instructions, and process monitoring.

You will also be responsible for your own and others' safety.

We are looking for someone who

• Has basic knowledge of foundry technology.
• Understanding of the defects that can occur in the processes of casting and machining.
• Good knowledge in restoring design surfaces regarding casting and cutting tools.
• Can work effectively in a team while also delivering results independently.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

Meritorious:

• Forklift/hoist training.
