Prodia AB is a Swedish Life Science company and a Nordic market leader in drug testing. We offer a unique comprehensive concept with rapid tests, complete laboratory analysis of urine, saliva, and blood, training, and qualified support – to both private and public actors.
We are part of Indutrade AB, a publicly traded group with over 200 companies in 27 countries. Our offices are located in Vellinge, Gothenburg, and Stockholm – but our ambition extends far beyond Sweden's borders.
About the role – Sales Development Representative (SDR)
As an SDR at Prodia, you are the one who takes the first step – you build relationships, identify needs, and open doors to new business opportunities. You will be a key person in our sales team and have a significant influence on our continued expansion.
You will receive thorough onboarding where you learn our solutions and how they create real value for our customers. You will become a Prodia ambassador, often the first impression of our business – and the one who sells a vision, not just a product.
What you will do
- Prospect new customers and qualify leads
- Contact prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Adapt your approach to create engagement
- Work closely with teams in Sales, Marketing, and Partners
- Create structure in your daily work with modern sales tools
- Gain a deep understanding of customer challenges related to addiction and drug testing in the healthcare sector and the workplace
- Present our value proposition to decision-makers
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is hungry, curious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are passionate about sales, love building relationships, and are motivated by making a difference – both in numbers and in society.
We believe you are:
- Result-oriented, unpretentious, and always ready to take the next call
- A team player who gains energy from collaboration
- Solution-oriented and structured
- Quick to grasp new tools and processes
- Communicative with the ability to understand and meet customer needs
We would like you to have:
- Experience in B2B sales or marketing
- Technical curiosity – you like to understand how things work
- Good understanding of the commercial market
- Fluent in Swedish and English (required)
- Danish (meriting)
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably UpSales, and Microsoft Office
