Responsibilities and Duties

As a Freight Forwarding Agent with us, you will have the opportunity to work in a varied environment where no two days are alike. You will be part of a team of 5 people, collectively responsible for managing our international road transports that depart and arrive at our overseas terminals. In this role, you will also have daily contact with customers and colleagues both in Sweden and abroad.

Your responsibilities include:

• Customer contact: You will respond to inquiries about transport via phone, email, and our customer service system.
• Transport bookings: Register transport bookings and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Vehicle notifications: Receive and manage notifications of vehicles.
• Transport solutions: Search for and book freight transports within our network to find the best solutions for our customers.
• Customs handling: Manage customs shipments to and from countries outside the EU according to regulations.

Profile & Background

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Customer service-oriented (experienced in customer contact via email and phone).
• Good understanding of processes and instructions.
• Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Experience in the transport and logistics industry (preferred).
• Customs knowledge (preferred).
