About the position

In the role of Project Manager at MAXAGV, you will be responsible for driving projects within autonomous mobile robot systems, both nationally and internationally. You will work on several projects simultaneously, with timelines ranging from six months to a year. In this role, you ensure that all project participants have the conditions to deliver by coordinating and following up on the project's phases. To succeed in this, you will collaborate closely with internal employees, customers, and suppliers to follow up on resource and material planning, quality, delivery, and timelines.

Your main responsibilities:

· Implement and coordinate MAXAGV's customer projects from order to final delivery.

· Ensure a qualitative delivery in line with the project's time, budget, and quality goals.

· Act as the link between internal functions and customers and suppliers.

About you

We are looking for someone with previous work experience in coordinated roles, preferably as a project manager. Since we work with internal logistics, automation, and software implementations, it is advantageous if you have experience in this area. You likely have a post-secondary education in project management or a broad technical background. To succeed in this position, you need to have a good technical understanding and interest, be proactive, and have a structured working method. We also value experience in automation, mechanics, electronics, and/or programming. Since the position involves travel, a driver's license (B) is required, as well as fluent language skills in Swedish and English, as interactions with customers occur regularly in this role.

Furthermore, we are looking for someone who shows great commitment and drive for your role as Project Manager. You possess good communication skills and value good collaboration. It is natural for you to act as a link between different functions, and you view challenges positively where you can create structure and act solution-oriented.

Scope: Full-time, office hours with the possibility of flexibility.

Location: Headquarters at Kryptongatan 5 in Mölndal.
