About the position

The position is a temporary employment starting from week 26 until week 34, specifically from June 23 to August 22. Working hours are from 07:00 to 16:00 on weekdays, with a one-hour lunch break each workday.

In your role as a property caretaker, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of common areas around and in our properties. You will also contribute to creating and maintaining good relationships with our tenants. You will work independently but are also expected to collaborate with your colleagues to ensure a safe and pleasant environment in and around our properties.

More about the position

As a Property Caretaker with us, you will work with:

• Keeping our properties clean and tidy, both inside and outside
• Simple maintenance tasks, such as painting, etc.
• Managing recycling rooms and transporting recycling containers
• Customer contact with our tenants

Your profile

You have experience from previous work with the above-mentioned tasks or similar.

You will be based at the company's office in central Växjö and will work in Växjö and neighboring municipalities. The company provides operational vehicles during working hours, so a driver's license is a requirement for the position.

We provide introduction and guidance, so previous experience in the property industry is merely an advantage and not a requirement. In addition to a competitive hourly wage and vacation pay, you will have accident insurance through Länsförsäkringar.
