Service Advisor Wanted at Norrlands Bil

We are now looking for a driven and customer-oriented service advisor for a temporary position until January 2026 with a chance of extension. Do you have a technical interest? About the Position

Your main responsibilities will include selling and planning workshop hours and serving as an advisory function for our customers to find a tailored solution together. Computer and phone are your primary work tools, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment while having the endurance required to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in a similar role and accustomed to daily customer contacts. We believe you have a curiosity about today's vehicles and their technology and find it easy to adapt to new computer systems. Furthermore, you are service-oriented, always with the customer in focus. You have a sense of order and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing them correctly. We are very concerned about our customer interactions, and you will play a crucial role in the customer journey with significant responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction.

Regardless of your background, you will receive solid training and support from competent colleagues who will help you grow in your role, as well as continuous education, including through our general agents.

We place great importance on personal suitability.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.

Start: by agreement. Until January 2026 with a chance of extension.
