Frimis Krog is a summer restaurant located in the heart of Visby, next to the S:t Nicolai ruins. Here we serve whole roasted Gotland lamb and seasonal vegetables every evening in the beautiful garden. Frimis also has a Medieval Cellar where we serve Medieval Feasts, and during Medieval Week, Frimis is one of the largest meeting places.

We are looking for a cheerful and outgoing bartender for a seasonal position in the summer of 2025. Your job will be to assist the serving staff with drinks and manage the bar for our guests. Working hours are mainly from 16:00 to 23:00, salary according to agreement. Accommodation can be arranged.

An absolute advantage is if you have training in Responsible Alcohol Service.

Matmuren AB is an operating company located in Visby and has been working with Food & Entertainment since 1991. We operate three restaurants: Bistro Borgen, Frimis Krog, and Bistra Harens Medeltidskrog, as well as a large catering and event department.
