Who are we looking for?

We are now looking for a restaurant employee who wants to work in a team where service spirit and teamwork are at the center, with joy and positivity. With enthusiasm, you deliver outstanding service to all guests of the restaurant.

The role includes preparation and serving of food and beverages, cash handling, and keeping the workplace and restaurant clean and tidy.

About Restaurant Suderby

Restaurant Suderby provides meals for the Armed Forces. Our operations are growing every day, and we now need to strengthen our team to meet the demand during the holiday season.

We serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and evening meals, so working hours vary between early mornings and late evenings.

A driving license (B) is required as we serve in several locations and need to transport both yourself and food items in between.

Since we operate within a protected area, a background check and confidentiality certificate are required. The background check must be without remarks, and you must be a Swedish citizen as the operations are conducted within a military area.

Who are you?

• You are over 18 years old
• You enjoy planning and structuring your work to be efficient
• With your positivity, you take responsibility for maintaining a high level of service throughout the day
• Good service is important to you, where a smile and eye contact are a given
• You see your significance in satisfied guests, are positive, stress-resistant, and have an easy time collaborating and communicating
• You can take your own initiatives and are flexible in your professional role
• You speak and write Swedish
• Driving license (B)
• Previous experience in restaurant work is a plus
