Frimis Krog is a summer restaurant located in the heart of Visby, next to the S:t Nicolai ruin. Here we serve whole roasted Gotland lamb and seasonal vegetables every evening in the beautiful garden. Frimis also has a Medieval Cellar where we host Medieval Feasts, and during Medieval Week, Frimis is one of the largest meeting places.

We are looking for cheerful and outgoing individuals for seasonal employment in the summer of 2025, weeks 26-32.

An absolute advantage is if you have training in Responsible Alcohol Service. Salary according to agreement. Accommodation can be arranged.

Matmuren AB is an operating company located in Visby and has been working with Food & Entertainment since 1991. We operate three restaurants: Bistro Borgen, Frimis Krog, Bistra Harens Medieval Tavern, and a large catering and event department.
