About the Job As a service advisor, you are an incredibly important part of the customer's journey with us. With your commitment and professionalism, you create a safe and smooth experience for every customer. You will become part of our wonderful team in Örebro, where we work with the car brands Ford, Nissan, and Hyundai.

Responsibilities Assist customers with bookings and inquiries Schedule cars for the technicians in the workshop Create and provide quotes Proactive outreach to potential customers Invoicing and handling of insurance and warranty matters

We are looking for someone who wants to learn new things and take on new tasks in your work, as there are many responsibilities to delve into as a Service Advisor.

Scope: Full-time Working Hours: Monday - Friday. 07:00-16:00 and 08:00-17:00 (every other week). Location: Örebro Start Date: By agreement
