Focus in your role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and developing customer relationships in the Västmanland region – from the first contact to a completed solution and business. You will work with both new and existing customers, focusing on creating long-term value in every deal. You have a large mandate to influence your daily work and your sales, but you are never alone – you have support from the workshop team, regional manager, and central sales support.

You will work with:

  • Building, creating, and nurturing your own customer portfolio within your region
  • Contacting customers and scheduling meetings
  • Conducting customer visits and understanding customer needs
  • Quote work, contracts, and administration in business systems and Excel
  • Follow-up on deals and development of relationships
  • Planning customer orders in consultation with the workshop manager
  • Participating in customer activities, trade shows, and events

In 2025, you will also contribute to the establishment of our new facility in Karlstad – an opportunity to be involved from the beginning and make an impact on something new. However, your main focus will be on Västmanland, where you will drive sales forward and be responsible for our continued growth in the area.

If we may wish

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility for their own customer portfolio – and who finds it fun to see results. You are confident in driving sales but also attentive to customer needs.

We would like you to have:

  • Several years of experience in proactive B2B sales with a focus on new customer acquisition
  • Experience working towards budgets and goals
  • Good computer skills and experience with business systems
  • A technical interest or background in the construction industry
  • B driver's license
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

If you also have experience in selling customized solutions or consumables, that’s a plus.
