Your Role

We are now seeking an Integration Leader/System Engineer who wants to be part of our team within Special Mission Aircraft. We offer a workplace where collaboration and skills development are central, and where we see diversity as a strength.

In this role, you will have a key position in coordinating and ensuring that different systems and functions in the aircraft are integrated smoothly. As an Integration Leader/System Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating and creating a comprehensive view of how different systems interact within an integration package - a "system of systems".

Main Responsibilities:

• Create an efficient workflow between different ATA areas within system development.
• Coordinate the integration between various technical systems and functions such as development teams, project management, and aircraft production.
• Conduct technical investigations to optimize integration.
• Develop processes, documentation, and integrations to create clear and efficient workflows.
• Drive improvement work and propose solutions that enhance system functionality and efficiency.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has a strong drive to get people to collaborate towards common goals. You are motivated by working hands-on with testing and troubleshooting and are eager to take initiative. With your social skills and solution-oriented mindset, you contribute to driving the work forward.

We prefer that you have:

• Engineering education or experience as an aircraft technician.
• Strong leadership skills.
• At least five years of relevant experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Experience in avionics, sensors, aircraft systems, mechanics/structure, or equivalent.
• Experience as an engineer or aircraft technician in civil aviation.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may entail requirements for certain citizenship.
