About the role

As a Production Quality Engineer, you will participate in the industrialization of development projects and support production in managing quality deviations. You will work cross-functionally and be responsible for developing, preparing, and defining quality processes, quality assurance, and quality controls in production. Additionally, you will drive and participate in improvement projects across various production areas and support and drive quality issues in different forums.

Who are you?

We are looking for a responsible and analytical problem solver who enjoys working both independently and in teams. You have good communication skills and can convincingly convey quality risks and improvement proposals. Furthermore, you are unpretentious, open to change and development, and have a desire to drive improvements.

We would like you to have:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience in quality and mechanics.

Desirable experiences:

• Knowledge of quality systems and quality standards.
• Experience working with Lean and root cause analysis.
• Experience working with development.
• Experience leading people.
