We are now looking for an experienced project manager with a focus on digital customer experience for an exciting assignment with one of our clients in the real estate industry. The assignment means that you will play a key role in leading and coordinating projects around CRM systems, housing apps, and property systems – all with the end customer in focus.

About the assignment:

You will:

• Lead and drive IT projects that enhance the digital customer journey.

• Coordinate requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to design and implement solutions.

• Participate in or lead procurements of systems and services.

• Ensure successful implementation and commissioning of new systems.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is adaptable and proactive – you quickly immerse yourself in the business and drive projects forward.

• Has strong communication skills and is used to managing stakeholders at various levels.

• Thrives in the intersection of business and IT and can translate needs into concrete solutions.

• Has documented experience with CRM systems, housing apps, or property systems.

• Understands the digitalization challenges within the real estate industry.

• Is structured, results-oriented, and confident in your role as a project manager.

Practical information:

• Scope: Full-time, 100%

• Location: Stockholm (hybrid work possible by agreement)

• Start: Immediately or by agreement

• Duration: Until the end of the year, with the possibility of extension (1+1 year)

• Language: Swedish and English, both spoken and written
