Join Systembolaget this Summer!

Do you enjoy meeting people in a role where you truly make a difference? We are now looking for someone to join our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales at our store in Lidköping. With us, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The employment extends over the summer months, and the position is approximately 25-30 hours per week.

Your Role as a Salesperson

Working in the store is varied, and during a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, handle stock, and restock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong team spirit, a fast pace, and pleasant meetings characterize the work with us. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

We are looking for someone who

• Is of age (20 years old) to meet the customers who are allowed to shop with us.
• Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a positive customer interaction.
• Can work varying hours, from 06:00 at the earliest to 22:00 at the latest in June, July, and August.
• Enjoys collaborating and wants to contribute to achieving our common goals.
• Has a flexible approach, a curious attitude towards learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities that modern digital tools create.

Experience in a service role and/or with food and beverages is a merit.
