Job Responsibilities

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Contract Manager. We are seeking someone with extensive experience in investment projects, construction procurement, and contract management in large projects. As a Contract Manager, you will take an active role with the goal of ensuring quality, cost, and delivery in accordance with entered agreements. You have the ability to identify risks and manage strategic issues to mitigate or avoid these risks. With a focus on developing strategies that contribute to both business benefits and quality assurance, you continuously work to ensure long-term and sustainable solutions. You are an experienced negotiator and have solid insight into law and contract work. By carefully following up on deviations and actively participating in or assisting with negotiations with suppliers, you play a crucial role in ensuring the overall goals of the project. In investment projects, your role is central, where you not only strive for the most advantageous financial settlement but also consider long-term business goals. Additionally, some administrative management of contracts may occur, which you handle with the same precision and attention to detail as your other tasks.

Qualifications

• You have a master's degree in law, economics, or another relevant education for the assignment
• You have at least 5 years of experience in large projects over 200 million SEK
• You have good knowledge of procurement work and procurement procedures
• You are an experienced negotiator, meaning you have good insight and experience working with law and contracts
• You have a good ability to express yourself and communicate verbally and in writing in English and Swedish (other language skills are a plus).

Start Date and Application

Full-time, office hours. Our client wishes to start within 1-2 months, and the assignment is expected to last at least 12 months, with great chances of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters and work as a consultant for our exciting client in Stockholm. Remote work is possible by agreement with our client.
