As a merchandiser at SRB Retail House, you are responsible for ensuring that the store shelves are always well-stocked and that the products are displayed in a selling manner. Your main tasks include:

• Restocking and maintaining products, e.g., confectionery (bulk and packaged)
• Checking signage and re-exposing as needed
• Ordering products and following up on inventory status
• Contacting store staff and ensuring the store's needs are met
• Working independently in-store and potentially visiting multiple stores in one day

In this role, freedom with responsibility is important - you plan and carry out your work independently but always have support from your area manager and other support functions at SRB Retail House.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who wants to work during the summer weeks 24, 25, 26, 27, and 28. The position is approximately 16h/week.

To thrive in this role, we see that you:

• Have an interest in grocery retail and enjoy physically active work
• Are solution-oriented, communicative, and work effectively at a fast pace
• Enjoy working independently and changing environments during the workday
• Are an early riser - we start workdays early in the morning
• Have a driver's license and access to your own car (requirement) as you will be visiting stores in both Nacka and Värmdö

Meritorious:

• Previous experience working in retail or grocery
