Day Supervisor – Tempest Stockholm

About the position
We are looking for a driven and responsible supervisor for our operations in Stockholm. The position is full-time and you will work according to a 5-2 schedule between 06:00-18:00. As a supervisor, you will be part of an engaged team and have a central role in the daily operations.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the team to ensure high service and safety.

• Be responsible for administrative tasks such as instructions, quality assurance, and planning.

• Manage customer relationships and ensure that the business meets high standards.

• Drive development and efficiency of work processes.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained security guard with VU1 and VU2.

• Is approved to work in an authorized security company.

• Has no prior convictions and no payment remarks.

• Has documented leadership experience and experience in leading within the security industry.

• Is communicative, solution-oriented, and confident in decision-making.

• Has experience with customer relations and a strong sense of service.

• Has good administrative skills and knowledge of quality assurance.

• Thrives in a fast-changing environment where flexibility is crucial.

• Has a driver's license (B) and is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Education in security guard, protection guard, or fire protection.

• Experience with alarm management and technical security systems.

• Leadership training.

• Good knowledge of English and/or additional languages.
