About us

Nordic LEVEL Group (publ) is a security group that delivers industry-leading consulting and security technology. The group's analysis and advisory operations are conducted in the subsidiary Nordic LEVEL Advisory AB, which in turn consists of two business units. Screening & Investigations (S&I), one of the business units, is now looking for a researcher with the ability to produce and deliver decision-making materials.

The role

As a researcher, you will work with processing and analyzing gathered information and delivering it to clients. You will be responsible for various products and materials such as background checks, company checks, travel security reports, personal investigations, exposure control, environmental monitoring, and more. You will also plan, execute, and report on certain investigative assignments to clients.

The role may also include some responsibility for system support, case management systems, and similar administrative tasks, as well as onboarding new employees. Of course, you will also actively contribute to the development of common processes and working methods as well as your own development.

Who are you?

You have experience working as a researcher or investigator and feel ready to take the next step in your career. As a person, you are curious, meticulous, and resilient with the ability to handle large amounts of information and multiple parallel assignments without losing focus on quality. You enjoy gathering and processing information and summarizing it into digestible decision-making materials. You have a well-developed analytical ability and are a skilled writer. Furthermore, you are independent and flexible and have no problem delivering against tight deadlines. You care about delivering a good product and are eager to share your experiences and knowledge. You are not only interested in current topics and questions but are also driven to develop processes and streamline operations.

Requirements

To be interesting to us, we see that you:

• have a degree from a college/university
• have at least one year of practical experience in investigation or analytical work
• have a highly developed writing skill
• are resilient and can work on several parallel assignments simultaneously
• thrive in a team where business focus is combined with collaboration and common goals
