Your new job
We are looking for additional reinforcement for our internal sales team within the Sheet Metal business area.
You will actively work with sales and customer service for our customers primarily via phone and CRM. Our sales work is conducted with a focus on high quality, efficiency, and competence in our relationships with customers. As an internal salesperson, you are expected to take ownership of the customer's case from start to finish. Together with your colleagues, you will work actively and problem-solving with the customer in focus.
The internal sales team constitutes the fastest route to personal contact for our customers and acts as the spider in the web for all types of customer matters. In the surrounding teams, there are district salespeople responsible for agreements and proactive customer development, as well as professional stores in 31 locations for immediate availability.
The position is based at our office in Trollhättan and is a permanent full-time employment with immediate start.
You as a person and your background
We are looking for a social, positive, and goal-oriented person with a strong personal drive and a desire to exceed customer expectations. To succeed in the role of internal salesperson, you need to have good computer skills and be efficient, responsible, organized, and structured. You thrive in collaborating in a team to achieve success.
Your background may vary; our focus is on your personal qualities and your willingness to develop and learn. Previous experience in service and sales and/or sheet metal work and the construction industry is advantageous but not a requirement.
