Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer support efficiently via phone, email, social media, and chat in Norwegian, Finnish, Danish, or German (and Swedish).
• Create and maintain strong customer relationships by listening, understanding, and offering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive and smooth experience.
• Participate in developing customer service routines and contribute to the department's development.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is fluent in both spoken and written Norwegian, Finnish, Danish, or German and is comfortable communicating in English. Since our corporate language is Swedish, it is also a requirement that you can communicate fluently in Swedish. You likely have previous experience in service roles, perhaps within customer service or retail, and enjoy providing professional service. Additionally, you have good computer skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new business and customer care systems, making you an important resource in our team.
