Your New Job

As a training coordinator within the Technical Office, you will be responsible for planning and implementing cleaning-related competence development initiatives for both new and existing staff.

Your focus is to provide employees with the right conditions to perform their work according to customer expectations and within set frameworks. You will work closely with the operations manager and business developer to identify training needs and ensure that the right training is conducted. You will also participate in various health-promoting staff activities within the department and the Technical Office, lead various focus groups, and collaborate with municipal health services in work techniques and rehabilitation.

Your Competence

We are looking for someone who has:

• High school education
• SRY vocational certificate
• Basic knowledge of regular cleaning and periodic interventions
• Basic knowledge of floor care and maintenance
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Several years of industry experience in the cleaning sector
• Experience in mentoring cleaning staff
• Experience working in a digital cleaning system such as Pythagoras
• Manual B driver's license

Experience in cleaning within the public sector is an advantage. To thrive in the role of training coordinator, you need to have the ability to work long-term to achieve set goals. You have good collaboration skills and are adept at creating and maintaining relationships, both within the team and with external parties. Your pedagogical insight allows you to effectively convey knowledge and train others. You are structured and have the ability to plan and organize your work in a way that ensures tasks are completed correctly and on time. Additionally, you have a holistic view, meaning you can see and understand how different parts of the organization are interconnected and affect each other.
