Job Responsibilities:

As a property caretaker with us in Jönköping, you will:

•Perform daily maintenance and care of properties and outdoor environments.

•Be responsible for garden maintenance, including planting, trimming, and weeding.

•Carry out cleaning and general maintenance tasks.

•Handle snow removal and ice prevention during the winter months.

•Collaborate with colleagues and communicate with customers to ensure the highest possible service.

We are looking for someone who:

•Has experience in property maintenance or similar work.

•Is handy and has good practical skills.

•Has a positive attitude and is service-oriented.

•Can work independently as well as in a team.

•Has a driver's license (B) and access to a personal vehicle.
