The client is a technology consulting company that offers services in software development and hardware design to some of Sweden's leading companies in the automotive and tech industries. The position is a direct recruitment, which means the recruitment process is conducted through Futuria People, but you will be employed directly by the client.

About the position As a software developer at the client, you will belong to a team of 3-8 people and contribute throughout the development process, from design and implementation to testing. The work is primarily focused on the automotive industry, with an emphasis on embedded system architectures and the development of new features.

• You will primarily program in C and/or C++ for embedded applications.
• The role may involve software verification to ensure its quality and performance.
• Work with modern and high-performance technology stacks to develop robust and scalable software solutions.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience as a software developer, software engineer, or similar.
• Possess solid knowledge of C and C++.
• Hold a relevant university degree / vocational education in areas such as Embedded, Electronics, Data Communication, Mechatronics.
• Have a genuine interest in programming and a strong drive to continuously develop and improve your technical skills.
• Have a B driver's license.

Desirable qualifications

• Experience in system testing and software verification with tools such as CANalyzer or CANoe.
• Good understanding and practical experience of test-driven development (TDD).
• Knowledge of and application of design patterns in software development.
• Ability to work with modern and high-performance technology stacks.
