About the role:

As the office manager in Halmstad, you will work independently with fire protection design, investigations, and risk analyses while building and leading our office's work. You will also:

• Be responsible for clients and ensure high quality in our deliveries.
• Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the company's growth.
• Collaborate with other consultants in ventilation, control, and electrical engineering.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a university-educated fire engineer with at least 5 years of experience in fire consulting.
• Is self-driven, structured, and has natural leadership skills.
• Finds it easy to build relationships and enjoys client responsibility.
• Has knowledge of fans in operation (meritorious).
