We are now looking for a team leader for a client in Varberg with immediate start.

As a Team Leader within the company, you will coordinate the daily production planning for your assigned area of responsibility. You will primarily be on the production floor where you will design and issue work routines in consultation with the manager/production leader. We are looking for someone who has experience in leading and coaching in an inspiring way. You should be able to follow production plans and set goals.

You should have good knowledge of the Office suite and business/production systems, ADX, and Salesforce. It is an advantage if you have previously worked with 5S and Lean.

We are looking for someone with experience in work management and organization as well as experience in change and development work. You have a strong analytical ability and enjoy working independently, always with a focus on results. We also see that you are resilient, stress-resistant, and have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting workplace meetings and daily management.
• Being responsible for daily deliveries to customers.
• Statistics and report management for external/internal stakeholders.
• Collaborating for training and onboarding of new employees.
• Coordinating staff according to the specified staffing plan and correcting deviations.
• Following production plans and set goals.
• Actively contributing to development and change work.
• Ensuring that established instructions/routines are followed in production.
• Reporting and handling internal deviations, improvement suggestions in Ecoweb.
• Reporting incidents and accidents.
• Ensuring that employees within the specified area of responsibility follow internal rules and guidelines and that information is communicated.
