About the Workplace

The Aktiv Primary Care Rehabilitation Team has been providing rehabilitation for the population of Hässelby-Vällingby since 1995.

The organization consists of physiotherapists, specialist physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and dietitians, totaling 12 people who together develop and are responsible for the operations while helping and supporting each other.

We are now looking for a physiotherapist with an interest in primary care, who wants to join our team and together with us contribute to a workplace where everyone can develop, thrive, and provide good care to patients.

Job Responsibilities

Working in primary care means that you will work with patients of all ages with all types of diagnoses. This means that the work is very varied and constantly evolving. While we strive for everyone to be able to meet most patients/diagnoses, there is also the opportunity to specialize in the area you find most interesting, as long as it benefits our patients. The work will include diagnostics and treatment both at our clinic and in patients' homes, together in a team consisting of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and dietitians, as well as through individual visits. You will plan your work together with the rest of the team. As a physiotherapist, you are an important part of our patients' rehabilitation.

Qualifications

You should be a licensed physiotherapist in Sweden, and it is an advantage if you have worked in primary care, have experience documenting in the Take Care journal system, and have good knowledge of Swedish and English.

You must have a B driver's license (manual transmission).

As we work in patients' homes, you must be able to handle environments with pets and not be sensitive to smoke.
