Job Description

Here at 1177, you will work with telephone advice for our residents.

Work Group

We are a workgroup of forty-two nurses with a wide range of competencies. Many in our group have extensive experience in the profession. With us, no question is too small or too large; we support each other in the daily work of telephone advice. We believe it is important to have mentors and to sit together to share knowledge. Our goal in the organization is to ensure our residents have good accessibility and receive a safe and pleasant response.

About You

You are a licensed nurse. It is an advantage if you have previously worked with telephone advice in some form.

You have 3-5 years of clinical experience. We value multilingualism, and you should have good knowledge of both spoken and written Swedish. Good IT skills and experience are a requirement. Telephone advice requires well-developed conversation techniques; you need to be independent and confident in making decisions remotely. In addition to medical knowledge, there are also high demands on your ability to communicate. Good multitasking ability is important for us to offer high-quality telephone advice where we are responsive and effective, creating security for our callers and ensuring a safe care process. You will be part of a workgroup of nurses with broad expertise in various areas.

You need to feel confident in handling IT systems. As you work in constant dialogue with patients and colleagues, it is a requirement that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
