We are now looking for a planner for the home care service in Krokom municipality. The role of the planner involves using a planning system to ensure that we can provide care and support to individuals receiving home care based on their needs and circumstances. We welcome your application!

The Social Administration consists of 600 employees with a wide range of responsibilities. The administration is divided into five operational areas and is present throughout the municipality. Here, we are responsible for providing care and support, assistance and services, as well as health and medical care to the municipality's citizens in need, at all stages of life.

A Day as a Planner in Home Care

The work consists of planning the home care operations based on assistance decisions in Viva. You will primarily work in the planning system, but also in Cosmic, Viva, and the Office suite.

You will have close cooperation with the unit managers of home care and the staff of home care groups, as well as contact with the municipality's assistance officers, district nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and care recipients.

Your Competence

To succeed in this role, it is important that you have analytical skills and can see details while also having an economic understanding. You need to focus on the whole and have the ability to create a clear structure. We expect you to have a high level of service and good planning and collaboration skills.

As a person, you take initiative, are self-driven, structured, and can make quick reprioritizations. Since there is often a high influx in planning, you should thrive in an environment with a sometimes high pace of work and be able to quickly solve unforeseen events. You are confident, solution-oriented, and responsible. You have good communication skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Experience from similar work is an advantage.

The job requires good computer skills with knowledge of Office programs and a good ability to navigate different digital environments and systems.

Location: Central Krokom.

Full-time temporary position with immediate start as agreed, until 2025-08-31.
