Krokom Municipality is a rapidly growing area with a diverse and exciting landscape. Here, you will work with cheerful and engaged colleagues. The clinic has 8 treatment rooms in modern premises. The clinic is equipped with digital panoramic X-ray and our data system is T4.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The clinic currently provides regular care to approximately 7,000 patients, of which about 3,000 are children. The willingness to assist each other in treatment work is high. We have regular therapy meetings and maintain good collaboration with our specialist dentists in Östersund.

Region Jämtland Härjedalen offers a two-year mentoring program for newly graduated dentists. Your and the organization's development is important, and to achieve this, you will annually set a plan for your individual professional development in dialogue with the unit manager. You will also have the opportunity to create working hours that meet your preferences as much as possible.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with knowledge in working with both pediatric and adult dentistry, preferably with a few years of experience. We are working to develop team dentistry at the clinic, and we would like you to have experience, knowledge, but above all, the willingness to participate in and develop team dentistry. Qualities that we value highly include being engaged, quality-conscious, and flexible. Other competencies we appreciate are good organizational and planning skills, as well as the ability to meet, communicate, and build good relationships. It is important that you enjoy your job and can easily collaborate with others.

It is desirable that you have a B driver's license, as there may be work assignments at surrounding clinics. You must be proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. In addition to your formal qualifications, your personal qualities are of great importance.
