In addition to a relocation contribution of 40,000 SEK to Gotland, you will receive a bonus of a total of 150,000 SEK (50,000 SEK/year for 3 years) as well as an additional supplement of 5,000 SEK/month for a 3-year period. The total compensation (Career at the Pharmacy) is 370,000 SEK for a 3-year employment.

About the role

As a pharmacist at the pharmacy Fjällämmeln, you will play a central role in meeting our customers' needs for advice and products related to medicines and health.

The pharmacy Fjällämmeln is a small single-staffed pharmacy located in the community of Gäddede in the northernmost part of Jämtland. About 400 people live in Gäddede and a few more in the surrounding villages. Gäddede is situated in a picturesque area with plenty of forests, land, water, and mountain-adjacent nature. A paradise for snowmobilers and ice fishermen in winter, and in summer, the area is visited by many who, in addition to fishing, want to see our beautiful waterfalls and hike in fantastic nature. There are many fine tourist attractions in the area, and the Norwegian border is only 4 kilometers away.

The pharmacy Fjällämmeln is part of a team of four single-staffed pharmacies in Strömsund municipality. In addition to Fjällämmeln, the pharmacies in Backe, Hoting, and Hammerdal are included. There is good cooperation between the pharmacies. The pharmacy is located in the same building as the Närvård Frostvikens health center, and the collaboration between the health center and the pharmacy is well established.

At the pharmacy, the pharmacist works alone, which means having many responsibilities. This makes the work very varied and enjoyable.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Actively work in your customer meetings to create added value through counseling and cross-selling
• Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
• Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
• Stay updated on our campaigns and contribute to our success in them
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about new products for the best customer care
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers

Your competencies

For this position, we are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer meetings and have experience working with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, which means that you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills that contribute to creating a well-functioning team
• You keep yourself updated on changes in the external environment related to pharmacy and medication issues
• You have experience working with considerate upselling from a service perspective
