Job Responsibilities
The municipality is responsible for home healthcare, SÄBO, short-term care, and two NÄVA places according to agreements with the region. We staff around the clock with standby during weekends and nights and perform 1177 assignments as needed.
As a nurse in Härjedalen Municipality, you will work with individual care recipients, responsible for planning, execution, and evaluation together with care recipients, unit managers, team members, other supportive actors, and relatives.
Working hours include days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Licensed nurse with experience in home healthcare and SÄBO.
- Driver's license (B).
- Good proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.
- Good computer skills in the Office suite and preferably experience with the operational systems Viva Cambio, Cosmic, and Link.
Meritorious:
- Good knowledge and experience regarding elderly care, dementia care, palliative care, or specialized home care.
Personal Qualities
- You are confident in your role and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- You focus on the care recipient.
- You can collaborate with various professional categories.
- You are flexible, and your ability to take responsibility is as important as your social skills.
- You find it important to meet our target groups with respect and in a professional manner.
- You are meticulous and solution-oriented, and since quality and development work is a natural part of our operations, this needs to be a natural aspect of your work approach.
