Fitness24Seven is looking for a Project and Production Manager – Marketing Department, Lund

About the role

In this senior role, you will lead both project management and production processes for a variety of marketing initiatives. You are responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, according to the brief, and in line with our commercial goals. You will lead the production team, prioritize tasks, and ensure that all projects are executed smoothly. To thrive in this role, flexibility, adaptability, and a high energy level in a fast-paced environment are required.

You will be part of our dedicated marketing team for Sweden and Norway, reporting to the Marketing Manager for these markets.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and drive marketing projects from planning to execution, focusing on ensuring that the material aligns with the brief, brand strategy, and business goals
• Be responsible for the production process, including external partners and suppliers, to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Lead the production team and prioritize tasks and resources to meet deadlines and project goals
• Create and maintain project plans, as well as coordinate cross-functional teams for successful execution
• Use strategic thinking to maximize the impact of marketing efforts across various channels
• Ensure efficient production with high quality and consistent expression

We are looking for someone who has:

- A Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent experience

- At least 5 years of experience in project and production management within marketing

- Good knowledge of project methodology and best practices

- Excellent ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Documented experience in leading project teams and motivating others

- Strong strategic ability as well as good problem-solving and communication skills

- A flexible and unpretentious attitude, with the energy and drive to succeed in a dynamic environment
