About the position
This is a temporary full-time consulting assignment from April 28 to August 31. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Telia.

Job responsibilities
In this role, you will support Telia's stores, resellers, and customer service by providing guidance and advice to create the best possible customer experience. The work includes both fixed and mobile services within B2C and B2B, requiring broad knowledge and the ability to adapt to different situations. As part of our team, you will represent Telia to internal users and external partners, with a strong focus on responsibility, collaboration, and identifying deviations to find solutions to various challenges.
Your main tasks will include communicating with our partners, primarily via phone but also in writing, and providing qualified sales support. You are also expected to maintain close collaborations, contribute to continuous improvement efforts, and manage credit assessments within Credit Support. The role offers an exciting opportunity to develop in a responsible position, focusing on creating value through engaged service and effective solutions.
Education, experience, and personal qualities
• Completed upper secondary education
• You have experience in customer service. Previous work at Telia or within their systems is highly meritorious.
• Good skills in spoken and written Swedish and English
