The Arlöv Health Center is located in a green environment between Lund and Malmö with accessible parking and good bus and train connections. We have approximately 9000 registered patients representing a cross-section of modern Swedish society.

At our health center, we have our own specialist clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, hypertension, elderly care, and heart failure. We also have a rehabilitation team and a psychosocial team with a social worker and two psychologists. We work from a team perspective to ensure our patients have good accessibility. Regular joint staff meetings and professional gatherings help us develop common goals. Through ongoing development and improvement work, you as an employee with us have the opportunity to drive the business forward.

Our opening hours are weekdays, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a trained asthma and COPD nurse for our specialist clinic. Here, there is an opportunity to work and be responsible for this clinic two half days a week.

In the role of nurse, you will work with patients in a clinic environment. You will perform triage and make medical assessments at our triage clinic as well as via the clinic's telephone advice. The work also includes assisting doctors in their clinic work and other clinic tasks.

When you work with us, you have the opportunity to grow in your professional role through various training offered both internally and externally.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed nurse with permission to practice within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement. Furthermore, you have training in asthma/COPD. Previous experience in primary care is considered an advantage. If you lack competence in asthma/COPD, we can arrange further training for the right candidate.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and the ability to see the whole picture regarding both the patient and the business. It is very important that you can work in a team. Furthermore, we would like you to have a proactive attitude and a desire to help develop the business. You enjoy change and see it as an opportunity for improvement.
