Your Responsibilities

Are you a team player who enjoys working practically and wants to deliver a job well done? Then the position of assembler at BAE Systems might be for you! As an assembler at BAE Systems, you will be involved in the detailed assembly and final assembly of high-tech components and subsystems on their vehicles (CV90 and BvS10). The job demands high precision, quality, and a professional working method, and is performed according to established manufacturing documentation. The documentation can be both printed and digital. You will have many internal contacts and gain unique expertise in their vehicles.

Your Profile

The work requires a high level of collaboration and the ability to ensure that the planned production rate is maintained together with colleagues. You need to have knowledge and the ability to read drawings and instructions.

For these positions, we prefer candidates with previous experience as an assembler, technician, or mechanic. You may have a high school education such as automotive mechanic or other practical training, or you might simply enjoy tinkering and fixing things.

As a person, you are driven and willing to learn, solution-focused and responsible, and you consider quality to be important. Furthermore, you are meticulous, structured, and want to deliver a job well done. You enjoy working with others in a team but can also work independently.

Additional Information

You will be employed by Konsultia and spend your working days at our client, BAE Systems Hägglunds in central Örnsköldsvik. The assignments are filled continuously and are long-term, with the possibility of permanent employment at BAE in the future.

Since the client works with defense confidentiality, which involves both legal requirements and special requirements from their customers, all employees must undergo a security check and drug test prior to employment.

The positions are full-time, with working hours from 7 AM to 4 PM, with flexibility options.
