Bearbetningscenter AB Bearbetningscenter in Västernorrland AB is a contract manufacturer of components that require high expertise in machining with CNC lathes and multi-operation machines, along with complementary post-processing such as hardening, grinding, welding, and assembly.

We work with most conceivable materials such as steel, aluminum, brass, stainless steel, cast iron, and plastic, aiming to achieve the highest possible added value for each item.

Bearbetningscenter has customers in the manufacturers of mobile and stationary hydraulics, the agricultural sector, truck superstructures, sawmill equipment, forestry machines, backhoe loaders, and machine builders.

About the position CNC Operator In the role of CNC operator, you will work with operating and programming machines and creating CNC programs for a product. This includes setting up the machine, retrieving tools and materials, extracting orders from the business system Monitor, and ensuring that the results meet the plan.

Bearbetningscenter is a workshop whose specialty is contract machining in numerically controlled lathes and milling machines. You will be part of an unpretentious group where flexibility, community, and collaboration contribute to a strong and stable team working together to develop the work.

You will work independently in your role while also collaborating closely with other employees, where the ability to communicate clearly is valuable.

It is very important that you have a willingness and interest to learn and develop in your tasks. If you do not have the right skills, we will identify the appropriate internal or external training.

We would like you to have

• A commitment and a desire to learn new tasks.
• Knowledge of CNC programming. This is a big plus, but not a requirement.
• A technical interest and a willingness to take responsibility for high quality.
• Experience working in the industry as a machine operator.
• Knowledge of measuring and reading drawings.

About the employment The employment is directly with Bearbetningscenter AB. Start date by agreement.

The work primarily takes place during the day, but shift work may occur. Daytime working hours are 06:45 - 15:45 with flexible hours +/- 1 hour.
